Join us for an informative and enjoyable workshop experience with award winning artist and popular instructor, Eric Jacobsen.
Discover how to loosen up your style and paint expressive landscapes while learning the craft of setting up a still life by focusing on overall design, appropriate lighting, material selection and placement. Further enhance your work by paying attention to composition, values, temperature and paint quality.
Eric will cover composition, color edges and the use of expressive brush strokes to give life and energy to your painting. The atmosphere will be informal and friendly so come and enjoy your time painting still life.
The workshop will be complete with informal lectures, instructor demos for oil and acrylic mediums.
Open to students of all levels, beginner through advanced.

Choosing a Motif
Identifying and mixing accurate Warm and Cool Colors
Establishing a Focal Point
