NOT FOR SALE. Watercolor and pen. 9.5 × 4.5 inches. "Sophia" started as an image I dreamed, a surreal beauty who was a light in the darkness. I based the image on my Gale, her clothes and features. I was reading a lot about Gnosticism at the time and named the piece after the Gnostic aeon Sofia who was the emanation of Wisdom.
